Full personal assistant package

This package includes all aspects of real estate performed by a highly trained, fully licensed real estate agent.  preparing a form 6, booking photographers, writing professional copies, uploading photos to chosen CRM, maintaing database contacts, preparing and executing accurate contracts to send to soliticors, organising correct documents for contracts such as pool compliance, smoke alarm certificate, safety switch compliance.
 
This package includes all aspects of having a personal assistant, but with no annual wage to pay.  This package price is 10% of Gross commission made on the sale of the property or $2500 whichever is greater
